Nancy Wilson is a Grammy Award winner in jazz. Nancy Wilson was born on the 20th of February, 1937 in the city of Chillicothe, Ohio to Olden Wilson who was a worker at the ironworks as well as Lillian Ryan, a former domestic employee. Nancy was the youngest of six kids. Nancy was greatly influenced as a girl by the music that her father played and loved when she was at her home. In her early years, she already had the impression of who she was and what she hoped to accomplish. Church choirs was instrumental in developing this talent. When she was 15 when she was 15, she got a spot on a talent show on TV and began appearing on The Skyline Melodies Tv Show while at the time she was still in high school. At nightclubs, she began performing at the age of 15. Nancy was 17 when she had graduated high school, and then matriculated at Ohio Central State College (now Central State University) for a year before quitting to become a singer. The first album she recorded was in 1956 by Rusty Bryant's Carolyn Club Big Band. They was on tour with her between 1956 and 1958. Nancy recorded her first album through Dot Records during the time she spent with this group. Cannonball suggested that she relocate to New York and go to The Big Town to further her professional career. After a few weeks the manager of Adderley was impressed by her voice and hired her. The agent he was working with signed her up to Capitol in 1960. She made her debut that year. Guess Who? Capitol has released five Nancy Wilson albums within two years. At first, she focused on rhythm and blues, under Adderley's influence she moved away from R&B and embraced the torch and jazz genres. Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley collaborated in 1962, which helped push her up in the chart. By 1963 she scored the biggest success by releasing Tell Me the Truth. The singer was offered a position in New York's Coconut Grove nightclub, America's top nightclub.

She attended an elite private school before graduation from Oxford University. She holds a bachelor's degree in Archaeology and Anthropology. Maisie's acting career got underway as an actor through the short film Our First World. Ellie was her character in 2013's short film Americano and Rum. She was featured as a cameo role of Korr Sella for the film Short Wars: The Force Awakens in the year 2015. She acted as Chloe Winthrop in Netflix's original film The Kissing Booth Season 2 and 3.
